All sales of Class tuition, new Books, and/or new Badges are final and non-refundable. Class tuition is valid for one (1) year from the date of payment. You simply have up to one (1) year to attend a class we have scheduled anywhere in MS. We are more than willing to schedule a class to fit your schedule at a later date in case something unforeseen occurs and you are not able to attend the class you registered for. Also, paid tuition is transferable to someone else if you choose to do so. Upon receiving a book or badge and it appears to be damged, faulty, etc. contact us immediately and it may be returned for replacement only.


These badges are not Law Enforcement or Police badges. Only Police Officers are authorized to wear those badges that say “Police” or “Law Enforcement” on them. The wearer of this badge has no authority to exercise Police powers of any kind. If someone sees you wearing this badge and asks you if you are a Police Officer, your loud and immediate response should be, “NO.” The badge is sold as a novelty item only. By definition, a badge is an “identifier” and sets you apart from other groups. In this case your group is Enhanced Permit holder. Most people purchase these badges for the sole purpose of wearing alongside their gun because the general population pays little attention to a person wearing a badge next to their gun. There is no law in the state of Mississippi that prohibits wearing a badge. They are worn by Police Officers, Firemen, Emergency Medical Technicians, Private Investigators, Bail Bondsmen, Dog Catchers and many others. If you abuse it, you will lose it. We are in no way responsible for your actions while possessing this badge and caution you to never represent yourself as a Police Officer which is a crime. You are accepting this badge with the promise to conduct yourself accordingly while wearing it and to hold seller harmless from any claims that may arise as a result of your badge.


All scheduled classes are required to have a minimum of 8 registered students within 14 days prior to the scheduled class date. Payments can be made online at this website, by mail, or to the person(s) hosting the class. For any questions or to mail a payment, contact me at (662) 719-2840. If the required number is not met within the 14 day period prior to the scheduled date, we reserve the right to either reschedule, postpone, or cancel the class. Cancellations are a last choice and only likely to occur if there are no pre-payments made. Although pre-payment is preferred, once the minimum is met, additional students have the option to pay the day of class with cash/check only. Pre-paying (1) reserves your seat(s) as classes tend to fill quickly, and (2) assists us in keeping an accurate student count for equipment required.
